How billing works

How the price is set

Monitor is priced per monitored person, packaged in bands (up to 30 / 31–75 / 76–150 people). Headcount comes from your identity directory — unique active people — never from tool seat counts, which contain the very ghosts we hunt. Above 150 people, we'd rather talk.

Checkout and changes

Checkout runs through Stripe — card details never touch our servers. Monthly or annual (annual = two months free). Manage or cancel any time via the billing portal; cancelling keeps your report, it just stops the watching.

Growing past your band

If your team grows across a band boundary, nothing changes silently: you get an email and a full month of grace before the new band applies. Shrink back under the line in that month and everything stays as it was. A cost-cutting tool that surprise-raised your invoice would be a punchline we refuse to become.
