Terms of Service
Last updated August 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of Stackleaks, a service of Entrysoft BV, Warandestraat 98, 9140 Temse, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0866.747.854 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the organization you represent.
1. The service
Stackleaks connects read-only to the SaaS tools you authorize, detects likely wasted spend (ghost accounts, dormant seats, oversized plans), and reports it to you. We never modify, deprovision, or delete anything in your connected tools. Findings are indications, not guarantees — you remain responsible for decisions you take based on them.
2. Beta status
Stackleaks is offered in beta. Features may change or be discontinued, and the service is provided "as is" during the beta period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access data of other organizations.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to connect your organization's tools, that you will keep your credentials confidential, and that you will use the reports only for managing your own organization's software spend.
4. Fees
The first scan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, at the prices shown at checkout. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data from your connected tools on your behalf, we act as processor and you as controller; a data processing agreement is available — see DPA.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of findings.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time; we then delete your organization's data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach.
8. Law and venue
Belgian law applies. The courts of the judicial district of the registered office of Entrysoft BV (Temse, Belgium) have exclusive jurisdiction.
