The CSV routes: no OAuth, still a real report
No OAuth, no API keys — you export a file, we read it. Two flavours:
The roster file
Instead of connecting Google or Microsoft, upload a users list as CSV or Excel (.xlsx). Three columns are enough — email, first name, last name — plus an optional active column (Y or N; N counts as a leaver). There's an Excel template on the upload page, and the standard Google and Microsoft admin exports work unchanged. The scan runs against exactly what's in the file. Lighter than a live connector — no automatic re-scans — but zero access granted, which some teams rightly prefer on day one.
Tool member lists (Claude Team and friends)
Anthropic offers no API for Claude Team workspaces, so the Claude card takes the members CSV instead: claude.ai → Organization settings → Members → export, then drop the file on the card. Seat tiers ride along, so Standard and Premium seats price correctly. The card remembers when you last uploaded and nudges you when the list is a month old — seats drift.
Honesty note
A CSV is a snapshot, not a feed. Ghost detection works fully (the roster link is what matters); activity stays unknown unless your export includes it, and unknown never counts as dormant.
